This is the most current release of the ixgbe driver for Linux, which
supports kernel versions 2.6.18 up through 4.0.9. This has also been tested
with the following distributions:

	- RHEL 6.6
	- RHEL 7.1
	- SLES 11SP4
	- SLES 12

Changes in this release:
	- Compat change to permit building on SLES11SP4
