Delphi Component: TThTabSet

Synopsis:
The ThTabSet component enhances the standard Delphi TabSet component by adding
Orientations of Top, Left, and Right tabs; automatic page/tabsynchronization 
with an (optional) associated notebook component; individual hints for each
tab, accellerators on tabs and tab color control. Complete HLP file, with 
KWF file, is provided.

This is beta 0.7 - some minor problems with tab re-drawing, and I am not happy yet 
with the hint handling.  Owner draw is not supported (yet).
