Verifile.

It only tells you whether the files are identical--Yes or no.

Quadrivio's General Edit Lite 1.1 has worked very well for me.

Subject: Bootable Firewire HD?

Well, I got my 30 GB Barracuda sitting inside a Firewire box thanks to
<http://www.firewiredirect.com/> and Heat Utilities
<http://www.macpitstop.com/>. The driver from IntechUSA couldn't handle
the heat, it seems;)

Anyway, am I dreaming or is there some way to boot from this HD with a
BW/G3. I've installed 9.0 and upgraded it to 9.1 but all I get is the
flashing folder. I ran Disk Warrior on the HD and no luck making it the
start up disk. Any suggestions?!

TIA and fingers crossed,
Rob

Golly, my life would be made much easier if each submission
to the archive were accompanied with a link to the item in
the archive, so I didn't have to write things down. I would
use the archive much more, I am sure.

Keep up the good work.
