Well, I got my 30 GB Barracuda sitting inside a Firewire box thanks to <http://www.firewiredirect.com/> and Heat Utilities <http://www.macpitstop.com/>. The driver from IntechUSA couldn't handle the heat, it seems;) Anyway, am I dreaming or is there some way to boot from this HD with a BW/G3. I've installed 9.0 and upgraded it to 9.1 but all I get is the flashing folder. I ran Disk Warrior on the HD and no luck making it the start up disk. Any suggestions?! TIA and fingers crossed, Rob ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 21 Mar 2001 21:57:56 -0500 From: "Timothy S. Watson" <tswatson@gtii.com> To: digest@info-mac.org Subject: I love info-mac! Golly, my life would be made much easier if each submission to the archive were accompanied with a link to the item in the archive, so I didn't have to write things down. I would use the archive much more, I am sure. Keep up the good work.
